Family law matters can be very expensive. However, James is committed to providing the highest quality services at the most reasonable rates possible.  James works with all clients to make sure the expectations of expenses is realistic and that all clients are satisfied.  For most cases involving court proceedings, such as contested divorce and disputed custody, James has retainers starting at just $750.00, which is billed at $135.00 per hour. Uncontested Divorces cost $475.00 plus filing fees. Compare those rates to any other attorney and James is sure you will not find better service.  There are other fees associated with any case, including filing fees.  James cannot accept a contingency fee for family law matters.
