What can James do for me?

Did you know that if you apply for benefits and miss a deadline to appeal that you could lose all the benefits you would have received? James will make sure that the correct documents are completed and sent to the right place. James will also review all your medical records and ensure that social security has all the evidence they need.  The burden is on US to prove that you are disabled.  James will meet with you to discuss your case and will assist you at all levels, including the application process, appeals and the hearing stage.
